Town of Riverview: Registering Pets Realistically

WHY THIS PETITION
This is a colleciton of responses from the citizens of Riverview or who support the pet tagging system process.  Frustration comes from "bullying" letters from the town of Riverview to get your pets registered or legal action will be taken upon the pet owner.  Pet tags from Moncton or Dieppe (which are more easily obtained) are not accepted as a form of registration.

WHAT THIS PETITION IS...
This petition is to gather and show support of the Riverview pet tagging system.  To show the "community support and direction" to those Town of Riveriview officials who need to review the current pet tagging process.  Essentially the process should model the major-metros cities programs in New Brunswick. Backing in this program should consider what worked 5 years ago or 10 years ago or more, does not mean that it will work in the ever growing town of Riverview. 

WHAT THIS PETITION IS NOT
The goal of this is not to bash the program of pet tagging or chipping.  This is necessary for animal control and management.  It is in the best interest of the citizens should a pet become lost. 

WHAT WE ARE GOING TO ACHIEVE
1. A superlative program which compliments and works well with neighbouring tagging programs.

2. Create new and more efficient ways to attract pet owners to the process of pet tagging. 

3. Encourage to follow through with making the tagging system accessible through metro-Moncton vet clinics and hospitals just as it is through the Town of Riverview (to model Dieppe and Riverview systems).
